All massages use Organic Massage Oils and where appropriate, Organic Essential Oils customised to your specific needs.

Hot Bamboo Fusion

The bamboo tools combined with the coconut oil, glide over the contours of the body to give a well-needed deep tissue massage. The warmth of the sticks relaxes the body, melting away all the cares of the world as the heat penetrates the deeper layers of the skin surface, increasing circulation, relief of sore muscles, and a deep state of relaxation. If you prefer to receive a deep tissue and sports massage you will love this treatment.

Hot Volcanic Stone

The hot silky smoothness of the lava rocks melts away your tension in this sensational massage. The hot stones are used by your therapist as a massage tool and/or placed on pressure points on the body . Heated to around 45 degrees, the stones feel fantastic sliding up and down your skin, heating and soothing away tension as they go. The heat warms and relaxes the muscles, which allows the therapist to apply deeper pressure, if desired.

Aromatherapy

Reduce stress and tension, refresh and invigorate the body, soothe emotions, and clear the mind. Aromatherapy Massage is the use of essential oils for curative and rejuvenating effects during a massage. After an initial consultation, specific essential oils are chosen and used in combination with appropriate and specific massage techniques to ease any tensions and address your specific concerns.

Relaxation

Promotes relaxation, increases oxygen flow in the body, enhances detoxification. Relaxation massage involves the use of the hands, forearms and elbows to work the superficial muscles, using your chosen pressure (light, medium or hard).

Avida Soothe & Relax Ritual

A sensory experience to harmonise the body, mind and spirit. Start with a herbal foot soak, followed by Tibetan foot reflexology, then working on pressure points of the body to ease tension, combined with relaxation and ayurvedic aromatherapy massage.
